This tour is designed exclusively for cruise ship passengers. Please provide your ship’s name, arrival time, and departure time at the time of booking. We will plan the tour schedule to ensure you are back at the port with comfortable time to spare before departure.
If your ship is delayed or cannot dock due to weather or other reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust the schedule, and if the port stop is cancelled entirely, a full refund will be issued.

The cruise port sits at a specific distance from Ishigaki’s snorkeling beaches, hiking areas, and main sightseeing spots, and travel times between these locations are fairly consistent. Knowing these travel times well lets us plan a route that fits comfortably within the time available, with enough margin built in so that small delays do not become a problem. For shore excursions, we tend to choose locations that are closer to the port or along more direct routes, rather than the more spread-out locations sometimes used on full-day independent tours.
Weather is something we cannot control, but we can plan for it. Because cruise passengers cannot simply reschedule for another day, we keep an eye on conditions before each excursion and have alternative plans ready. If conditions at one snorkeling or hiking location are not suitable on a given day, we can usually shift to a different location nearby rather than cancelling the activity altogether. The goal is always to make sure your limited time on the island is used well, even if the original plan needs to change.
